Terms of Service
Effective May 14, 2026.
TowMile is a marketplace that connects drivers with independent roadside-assistance providers. Providers are not employees of TowMile. Service quality, vehicle handling, and on-site decisions are the provider’s responsibility.
Pricing is quoted upfront. Cancellation fees may apply once a provider has been assigned ($15) or is en route ($25).
Disputes are reviewed by the TowMile ops team. Email support@towmile.com within 72 hours of job completion.
